1) Everyone should have access to original artworks. So my prices span all ranges,
and $95 prints are available of most of my works if purcased through me. Works are available directily through: Baterby's Art Auction Gallery
and Center in the Square or by contacting me directly. Alternatively I can arange purchasing by
listing your item on my shop at Etsy.com. Direct in person purchase prices vary according to location. The parties mutually agree as follows: 1. SALE: Artist hereby sells the Work to Purchaser and the agreed value of $_________________________ 2. RETRANSFER: If Purchaser in any way whatsoever sells, gives, or trades the Work, Purchaser (or the representatives of the Purchasers estate) must within 30 days: a) Pay the Artist 15% of the gross art profit, if any b) Gross art profit for this contract means only: The Agreed value of Retransfer less the Agreed value on this contract. 3. PROFITS: If the Purchaser yields tangible profits from the Work in any way beyond those covered in paragraph 2, the artist will be paid 10%. 4. ARTISTS EXHIBITION: Artist may show the Work for up to 60 days once every 1 year, no expense to Purchaser, upon written notice no later than 60 days before. 5. COPYRIGHT and REPRODUCTION: The artist reserves all rights of reproduction and all copyrights in the Work, the preliminary design and any incidental works made in the creation of the Work. Copyright notice in the name of the Artist shall appear on the Work, and the Artist shall also receive authorship credit in connection with the work or any reproductions.
